Common use of Rehearsal Hall and Theatre Clause in Contracts

Rehearsal Hall and Theatre. The Engager will ensure that the theatre, rehearsal hall, stage and wings of the stage, dressing rooms, and any space where the Artists are required to rehearse or perform shall be within the acceptable temperature parameters as specified below, before the Artists arrive at the theatre to rehearse or perform. It is recognized that the amount of time needed between the turning on of the heating or cooling system and the temperature being acceptable will vary from theatre to theatre. However, acceptable temperature in dressing rooms must be achieved at least two (2) hours before curtain time.

It is recognized that the amount of time needed between the turning on of the heating or cooling system and the air reaching the required minimum temperature being acceptable will vary from theatre to theatre. However, acceptable minimum temperature in dressing rooms must be achieved at least two (2) hours before curtain time.
