Common use of Reimbursable Expenses incurred Clause in Contracts

Reimbursable Expenses incurred. by the ARCHITECT and ARCHITECT'S employees and ARCHITECTS in the interest of the PROJECT shall have prior DISTRICT written approval before incurred and records of such expenses shall be provided to DISTRICT for the DISTRICT'S review. The DISTRICT shall not be liable to ARCHITECT for any costs or expenses paid or incurred by ARCHITECT in performing services for DISTRICT, except reimbursable expenses that have been pre-approved in writing. Expense of reproductions (except those needed for the use of the ARCHITECT and his or her ARCHITECTs or identified specifically as a deliverable), postage and handling of Drawings, Specifications and other documents are reimbursable upon DISTRICT'S prior written approval. d. If authorized in advance in writing by the DISTRICT, expense of overtime work requiring higher than regular rates will be reimbursed. e. Expense of renderings, models and mock-ups requested by the DISTRICT if not part of ARCHITECT's Services will be reimbursed. f. For reimbursable expenses, compensation shall be computed at a multiple of 1.10 times the expenses incurred by the ARCHITECT, the ARCHITECT’S employees and ARCHITECTS in the interest of the PROJECT. g. For additional services of ARCHITECTS, compensation shall be computed at a multiple of 1.10 times the amounts billed to the ARCHITECT for such services.
