Common use of Reimbursement after Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement after Termination Date. LESSEE may not submit any invoice for reimbursement from the Reserves after the Termination Date unless on or prior to such date LESSEE has notified LESSOR in writing that such outstanding invoice will be submitted after the Termination Date and the anticipated amount of such invoice. So long as LESSEE has provided such notice to LESSOR, LESSEE may then submit such outstanding invoice at any time within six (6) months after the Termination Date. In the event of the Total Loss of the Aircraft and provided that no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the unreimbursed Reserves held by LESSOR will be paid to LESSEE.
