Common use of Reimbursement and Remuneration of Managing Partner Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement and Remuneration of Managing Partner. The Managing Partner and the Designate may from time to time incur expenses for and on behalf of or for the account of the Partnership and any such expenses incurred by the Managing Partner and the Designate shall be reimbursed to the Managing Partner and the Designate by the Partnership. In addition, the Managing Partner and the Designate may be paid a reasonable remuneration in carrying out their duties hereunder as may be determined by Extraordinary Resolution of the Partners.
