Reimbursement and Reporting Requirements. 5.1 Payment. LOCAL GOVERNMENT will submit a single Request for Reimbursement upon completion of all SCOPE items. Any reimbursement under this Agreement shall be payable only after eligible costs are approved by NCTCOG. NCTCOG will approve payments as soon as practicable, but not later than forty-five (45) days after a complete Request for Reimbursement has been received, provided that complete and accurate supporting documentation has been submitted to NCTCOG. Costs incurred prior to execution of this Agreement are not be eligible for reimbursement. There shall be no obligation whatsoever to pay for performance of this Agreement from the monies of NCTCOG, other than grant funds received by NCTCOG from NCTCOG’s funding agency for the purposes of reimbursement under this Agreement. NCTCOG shall provide LOCAL GOVERNMENT with written notice within five (5) business days after becoming aware that grant funds received by NCTCOG from NCTCOG’s funding agency for the purposes of reimbursement under this agreement are no longer available for reimbursement to LOCAL GOVERNMENT.

  • Form of Agreement and Reporting If a vendor submitting an offer requires TIPS and/or TIPS Member to sign an additional agreement, a copy of the proposed agreement must be included with the proposal to the TIPS Member. TIPS does not require a review a TIPS Member’s Job Order contract TYPE AIA or other similar Contract provided by the TIPS Member. This clause does not relieve the Vendor from the responsibility to report the contract execution and the amount of the contract and any change orders.
