Reimbursement following Breach. In the event that any court enters a final, non-appealable judgment that Executive has breached any of the Covenants, Executive shall reimburse the Company for any payments it makes pursuant to this Agreement subsequent to such breach. Any such reimbursements shall be in addition to any damages in the Company’s favor that the court may impose upon Executive.
