REIMBURSEMENT FOR DIRECT CARE SERVICES. A. Except to the extent inconsistent with the rate methodology explained herein, VA shall reimburse at rates based on Medicare payment methodologies for services, including home and community based services, to Eligible AI/AN Veterans.
