Reimbursement for Emergency Services. (1) The CONTRACTOR shall ensure that acute general hospitals are reimbursed for emergency services which they provide because of federal mandates such as the “anti-dumping” law in the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1989, P.L. 101-239 and 42 U.S.C. section 1395 dd (1867 of the Social Security Act).
