Reimbursement for Loss or Damage of Personal Property. The Board will reimburse teachers who, without fault on their part, suffer any loss, damage, or destruction of clothing or personal property due to an assault while in the performance of their duties unless such loss is covered by insurance or reimbursement is obtainable from other sources.
