Common use of Reimbursement for Losses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement for Losses. If we take any action to collect debt incurred by you or other amounts you owe us under these Agreement or defend ourselves in a lawsuit brought by you where we are the prevailing party, you agree to reimburse us for our losses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may charge your Account for our losses without prior notice to you. This section does not, in any case, reduce our liability to you as described in Section VII (Electronic Fund Transfers Disclosure).
