Reimbursement for Required Certifications. Employees will be reimbursed annual gas, plumbing, fire alarm certification when required by the employer. 1. Grounds persons working on acid traps will receive a premium of fifty (50) cents per hour during the time it takes to perform these services. 2. An additional twenty (20) cents per hour will be paid for painting in the spray booth.
