Professional Certification. The Superintendent shall at all times during the term of this Contract, and any renewal or extension thereof, hold and maintain a valid certificate required of a superintendent by the State of Texas and issued by the State Board for Educator Certification or the Texas Education Agency and any other certificates required by law.
Professional Certification. The Contractor must maintain and shall comply with required professional certification pursuant to 440 IAC 4.1. The Contractor warrants and represents that it is, and shall remain, in good standing with its accrediting certification body.
Professional Certification. Employees will be paid an annual increment of a maximum of $500.00 for professional certification such as welding, air- conditioning, certified professional secretary which are job related and approved by the Associate Superintendent of Human Resources. There is a maximum of one increment paid under this section no matter how many professional certifications an employee has. This increment cannot be combined with the increment in Article 11.1-1.
Professional Certification. Should the State change the guidelines for the State Allocation Model funding schedule so that an individual who acquires a professional certificate would be placed at a BA + 45 on said schedule even though the individual does not have forty-five (45) post-BA credits, then the “Schedule C” on the regular salary schedule shall be changed to read as follows: Schedule C: Teachers who hold forty-five (45) hours post BA, or a valid fifth year certificate/continuing or professional
Professional Certification. Throughout the life of this Agreement, the Administrator shall obtain, maintain and furnish to the Superintendent evidence of a valid and appropriate certification to act as a in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
Professional Certification. All UNIT employees working in a full-time permanent position shall be reimbursed for obtaining or renewing job-required certificates. The City agrees to pay the cost of written and medical examinations and the difference in the license renewal fees above a Class C Driver's License for those represented employees who are required to obtain and maintain a Class B Driver's License. Employees who possess a Class A license as of January 1, 2016, shall receive a 2.5% pay differential. Thereafter, the Traffic Supervisor and Street Maintenance Workers I/II/III employees assigned to the Public Works Paving section who obtain and maintain a Class A license shall receive the 2.5% pay differential. Eligibility for the Class A pay differential for employees in other sections shall be based on City operational need as determined by the department head. Operational need shall be defined as an employee who can reasonably be expected to use the license on at least an occasional basis. If eligibility is denied, Union may request to meet and discuss the reason for denial.
Professional Certification. (1) Effective upon ratification of this agreement an employee who is required by his/her classification specification to maintain a professional registration, license, or certification and has obtained prior verification from his/her department head, or who has a professional registration, license, or certification that is beneficial to the City as determined by the City Manager or designee, shall be reimbursed for the fees required to renew or maintain the certification. Subject to written approval by the department head additional registrations or certifications may be approved annually.
Professional Certification. As part of the Permit application process and at Licensee’s sole expense, a qualified, licensed and experienced professional engineer in the State of Washington, must participate in the Pre‐Construction Survey. The professional engineer’s qualifications must include experience performing such work, or substantially similar work, on electric transmission or distribution systems.
Professional Certification. A. l. Each member of the bargaining unit shall be personally and individually responsible for maintaining their certification in good standing depending upon their current classification. Any employee who allows their certification to expire may be terminated.
Professional Certification. Each clinical, vocational and medical professional employed by the Company must execute the “Statement Regarding Professional Conduct” found at Exhibit 5, which includes a commitment to provide fair and reasonable evaluations considering all available medical, clinical, and/or vocational evidence, both objective and subjective, bearing on impairment. In addition, for each determination as to a claimant’s impairment(s), each clinical, vocational and medical professional who makes a determination as to claimant impairments must certify that he or she has reviewed all medical, clinical and vocational evidence provided to that professional by Company personnel bearing on the impairment for which such professional is trained prior to making a determination as to such impairments.
