Reimbursement for Services Rendered. If this Agreement is held to be invalid for any reason, and if Wellscape Direct MD is therefore required to refund all or any portion of the monthly fees paid by Member, Member agrees to pay Wellscape Direct MD an amount equal to the reasonable value of the Services actually rendered to Member during the period of time for which the refunded fees were paid.
