Common use of Reimbursement Limits Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement Limits. Reimbursement shall not exceed $500 per incident (including personal property, if eligible). The bargaining unit employee must submit receipts and a police report number or an incident report number to receive reimbursement. The District upon receipt of the appropriate paperwork shall make reimbursement. The maximum amount paid per year for all incidents in the four AFSCME bargaining units shall be $5,000 regardless of the number of individual claims submitted. Any reimbursement made under this Article is a gratuitous payment and does not indicate that the District has accepted liability.
