Common use of Reimbursement of Agents Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Agents. The Issuing and Principal Paying Agent shall on demand promptly reimburse each Agent for payments in respect of the Notes, Receipts and Coupons properly made by it in accordance with the Conditions and this Agreement.
