Reimbursement of Agents. Subject to receipt of funds pursuant to Clause 4.1 (Payment to the Issuing and Paying Agent), the Issuing and Paying Agent shall on demand promptly reimburse each Agent for payments in respect of the Notes and Coupons properly made by it in accordance with the Conditions and this Agreement.
