Common use of Reimbursement of AP's Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of AP's Expenses. In addition to the fees owing in accordance with subsection (c), if this Agreement is terminated for any reason with respect to a Fund or Funds, AP shall be entitled to collect from the Trust the amount of all of AP's reasonable labor charges and cash disbursements for services in connection with AP's activities in effecting such termination, including without limitation, the labor costs and expenses associated with delivery of any compliance records of each such Fund from its computer systems, and the delivery to the Trust and/or its designees of related records, instruments and documents, or any copies thereof.
