Common use of Reimbursement of Attorneys’ Fees Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Attorneys’ Fees. If the Company shall default under any of the provisions hereof and the Issuer or the Trustee shall employ attorneys or incur other reasonable and proper expenses for the collection of payments due hereunder or for the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of the Company contained herein, the Company will on demand therefor reimburse the Issuer or the Trustee, as the case may be, for the reasonable and proper fees of such attorneys and such other reasonable and proper expenses so incurred.
