Reimbursement of Attorneys’ Fees. If the Developer shall default under any of the provisions of this Agreement, and the EDA and the City shall employ attorneys or incur other reasonable expenses for the collection of payments due hereunder, or for the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of the Developer contained in this Agreement, the Developer will on demand therefor reimburse the EDA and the City for the reasonable fees of such attorneys and such other reasonable expenses so incurred.
