Common use of Reimbursement of Authority Made Repairs Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Authority Made Repairs. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Authority will have no responsibility to make any repairs if such repairs or maintenance are required due to any misuse, improper conduct, omission, negligence, or conduct of unauthorized business on the Premises by Company or Company's agent. Should Authority elect to make repairs or maintenance occasioned by the occurrence of any of the foregoing, Company will pay all such costs and expenses incurred by Authority, plus a 15% administrative charge, within 15 days from the date of the invoice. Failure of Company to pay will be a condition of default.
