Common use of Reimbursement of Business and Other Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Business and Other Expenses. Executive is authorized to incur reasonable travel and business expenses that are consistent with his position and incurred in carrying out his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, and Company shall promptly reimburse him for all such travel and business expenses incurred in connection with carrying out the business of the Company, subject to reasonable documentation in accordance with the reasonable policies of Company.
