Reimbursement of Business Related Expenses. (Employee Name) may incur reasonable expenses while conducting (Company Name)'s business, including expenses for entertainment, travel, accommodation and similar items. (Company Name) shall reimburse (Employee Name) for all prior approved business expenses after (Employee Name) submits an itemized account of expenses, as per (Company Name) policy.
