Reimbursement of Carryover and Maintenance Expenditure Costs. PBF Energy agrees to promptly reimburse the Partnership for the amount of any and all capital or maintenance expenditures incurred by the Partnership or its Subsidiaries needed to complete the following items: West Rack Loading, Office Equipment Migration, HPDE Liner and New 2nd 1/4” Bottom, 2014 Turnaround, P-16097 Jet Tank Booster Upgrade, Tank 410 Crude, Crude Truck Offload Infrastructure and Tank 418 Repairs.
