Common use of Reimbursement of Counsel Fees Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Counsel Fees. The Company will reimburse the Executive for the reasonable legal fees incurred by the Executive’s counsel in the review of this Agreement, up to a maximum amount of seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500), subject to the Executive’s delivery of invoices in accordance with the Company’s expense policy.
