Common use of Reimbursement of Development Agreement Costs and Fees Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Development Agreement Costs and Fees. Land Owner shall reimburse City for all its reasonable and actual costs, fees, and expenses incurred in drafting, reviewing, revising, and processing this Agreement, including, but not limited to, recording fees, ordinance publication fees, staff time in preparing staff reports, and staff time, including legal counsel and special counsel fees, for preparation and review of this Agreement and changes requested by Land Owner.
