Reimbursement of Draws on Letters of Credit and Insurance Policies. If a drawing is made on a letter of credit, insurance policy, or surety bond, the Fiscal Agent shall use amounts deposited in the Bond Reserve Fund by the City following such draw first to make the payments required by the terms of the letter of credit, insurance policy, surety bond, or related reimbursement or loan agreement so that the letter of credit, insurance policy, or surety bond shall ( absent the delivery to the Fiscal Agent of a substitute letter of credit, insurance policy, or surety bond satisfying the requirements of this Section or the deposit in the Bond Reserve Fund of an amount sufficient to increase the balance in the Bond Reserve Fund to the Bond Reserve Requirement) be reinstated in the amount of such drawing within one year of the date of such drawing. After such reinstatement, the Fiscal Agent shall use amounts deposited in the Bond Reserve Fund by the City for the replenishment of the portion of Bond Reserve Fund held in cash or Investment Securities.
