Common use of Reimbursement of Enforcement Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Enforcement Expenses. If Metro fails to pay or provide Executive any of the amounts due him/her under this Agreement or fails to provide Executive with any of the other benefits due him/her under this Agreement, and provided Metro does not cure any such failure within thirty (30) days after having received written notice from Executive of such failure, Executive shall be entitled to full reimbursement from Metro for all costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) incurred by Executive in enforcing his/her rights under this Agreement.
