Common use of Reimbursement of Expenses; Vacation Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Expenses; Vacation. Executive may participate in any and all benefit programs, including reimbursement of expenses and vacation, which the Company makes available to its employees from time to time, provided Executive is eligible under (and subject to all provisions of) the policy and/or plan documents that govern these programs. The Company reserves the right to change, add or cease any particular benefit without notice, in its sole discretion, provided that these programs shall not be changed or terminated to the detriment of the Executive unless the programs are similarly modified or terminated with respect to all employees generally, or as otherwise required by law. For purposes of determining vacation eligibility, Executive will be deemed to have ten (10) years tenure with the Company.
