Reimbursement of Legal and Other Expenses. If any amount owing to the Lenders under any Loan Document shall be collected through enforcement of this Agreement, any Loan Document or restructuring of the Loan in the nature of a work-out, settlement, negotiation, or any process of law, or shall be placed in the hands of third Persons for collection, the Borrower shall pay (in addition to all monies then due in respect of the Loan or otherwise payable under any Loan Document) all reasonable and documented external attorneys’ and other fees and out-of-pocket expenses incurred in respect of such collection.
