Common use of Reimbursement of Legal Fees Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Legal Fees. As soon as reasonably practicable following delivery to TPG of reasonable supporting documentation, TPG will directly pay your legal fees or charges incurred in connection with the negotiation, documentation and implementation of this Agreement and the arrangements described in it. For the avoidance of doubt, you will not be entitled to any gross-up or other additional payment in connection with such legal fee reimbursement.
