Common use of Reimbursement of Legal Fees Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Legal Fees. The Company agrees that it will reimburse Executive for legal fees and expenses actually incurred in connection with the review and preparation of this Agreement in an amount not to exceed $7,500.

Reimbursement of Legal Fees. The Company agrees that it will reimburse Executive for legal fees and expenses actually incurred in connection with the review and preparation Executive, upon presentation of this Agreement an invoice therefor, in an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($7,5005,000), for attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by Executive in connection with the review, negotiation and documentation of this Agreement and related agreements on Executive’s behalf.
