Reimbursement of Legal Fees. The Company will reimburse the Executive for the legal fees incurred by the Executive in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement, provided that the Company’s maximum reimbursement obligations under this Section 4.4 for Executive shall not exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000).
