Common use of Reimbursement of Organization and Offering Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Organization and Offering Expenses. (i) The Company shall be obligated to reimburse the Adviser for all current Organization and Offering Expenses, as defined in the Declaration of Trust, and all prior Organization and Offering Expenses paid by or on behalf of the Adviser and not already reimbursed by the Company (the “Reimbursable O & O Expenses”) as follows:

Reimbursement of Organization and Offering Expenses. (ia) The Company shall be obligated to reimburse the Adviser Advisors for all current Organization and Offering Expenses, as defined in the Declaration of Trust, Expenses and all prior Organization and Offering Expenses paid by by, or on behalf of of, the Adviser Advisors and not already reimbursed by the Company (the “Reimbursable O & O O&O Expenses”) as follows:

Reimbursement of Organization and Offering Expenses. (ia) The Company shall be obligated to reimburse the Adviser Advisor for all current Organization and Offering Expenses, as defined in the Declaration of Trust, and all prior Organization and Offering Expenses incurred on or after [ ] paid by by, or on behalf of of, the Adviser Advisor and not already reimbursed by the Company (the “"Reimbursable O & O O&O Expenses”") as follows:

(i) The Company shall be obligated to reimburse the Adviser for all current Organization and Offering Expenses, as defined in the Declaration Articles of TrustIncorporation, and all prior Organization and Offering Expenses paid by or on behalf of the Adviser and not already reimbursed by the Company (the “Reimbursable O & O Expenses”) as follows:

(ia) The Company Companies shall be obligated to reimburse the Adviser Advisor for all current Organization and Offering Expenses, as defined in the Declaration of Trust, Expenses and all prior Organization and Offering Expenses paid by or on behalf of the Adviser Advisor and not already reimbursed by the Company Companies (the “Reimbursable O & O O&O Expenses”) as follows:
