Reimbursement of Expenses; Vacation. Executive shall be provided with reimbursement of reasonable expenses related to Executive’s employment by the Company on a basis no less favorable than that which may be authorized from time to time for senior level executives as a group, and shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of vacation and three (3) personal days in accordance with the Company’s pay for time not worked policies.

Reimbursement of Expenses; Vacation. Executive shall continue to be provided with reimbursement of reasonable expenses related to Executive’s employment by the Company on a basis no less favorable than that which may be authorized from time to time for senior level executives as a group, and shall be entitled to vacation and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s vacation, holiday and other pay for time not worked policies.
Reimbursement of Expenses; Vacation. The Employee shall be reimbursed for all normal items of travel, entertainment and miscellaneous business expenses reasonably incurred by the Employee on behalf of the Employer, provided that such expenses are documented and submitted in accordance with the reimbursement policies of the Employer as in effect from time to time. Reimbursement of Expenses; Vacation. Executive may participate in any and all benefit programs, including reimbursement of expenses and vacation, which the Company makes available to its employees from time to time, provided Executive is eligible under (and subject to all provisions of) the policy and/or plan documents that govern these programs. The Company reserves the right to change, add or cease any particular benefit without notice, in its sole discretion, provided that these programs shall not be changed or terminated to the detriment of the Executive unless the programs are similarly modified or terminated with respect to all employees generally, or as otherwise required by law. For purposes of determining vacation eligibility, Executive will be deemed to have ten (10) years tenure with the Company.

Reimbursement of Expenses; Vacation. Executive shall be provided with reimbursement of expenses related to Executive’s employment by the Company on a basis no less favorable than that which may be authorized from time to time by the Board, in its sole discretion, for senior level executives as a group. Executive shall be entitled to vacation and holidays in accordance with the Company’s normal personnel policies for senior level executives, but not less than two (2) weeks of vacation per calendar year, provided Executive shall not utilize more than ten (10) consecutive business days without the express consent of the Board of Directors. Unused vacation time will be forfeited as of December 31 of each calendar year of the Employment Term.

In addition, Executive will be provided a lump sum payment as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date, grossed-up for taxes, to cover expected costs of commissions related to sale of Executive’s current home, packing and moving from Executive’s current home to Connecticut, temporary living and storage of household goods, and travel between Executive’s current home and Connecticut, if applicable. Executive shall also be entitled to one week of vacation in 2004 and five weeks of vacation annually thereafter and holidays in accordance with the Company's normal personnel policies for senior level executives.

Reimbursement of Expenses; Vacation. Executive shall be provided with reimbursement of reasonable expenses related to Executive's employment by the Company on a basis no less favorable than that which may be authorized from time to time for senior level executives as a group; shall be entitled to three (3) weeks of paid vacation each year, adding one (1) day for each year from the date of initial employment up to a total maximum of twenty-two (22) days annually, and additional time off for sick leave and holidays in accordance with the Company's vacation, holiday and other pay for time not worked policies. Expense reimbursement includes but is not limited to travel and entertainment while on Company business, all telephone and internet service (including both wireless service and service at the Executive’s home), and all reasonable costs of Executive associated with maintaining a home office. All such expenses will be in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures, existing, at the time of the expense. The Company shall maintain a standard Directors & Officers Insurance policy that covers the Executive for any action during the term of his employment and maintain or cause such policy to remain in effect to cover claims that arise after Executive’s termination of employment which relate to activity that occurred prior to Executive’s termination of employment with the Company.
