REIMBURSEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL FEES. The Company shall pay on the Executive's behalf all reasonable fees and expenses shown on statements submitted to the Executive by the Executive's attorneys, accountants and other advisors in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement.

REIMBURSEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL FEES.
