REIMBURSEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL FEES. 20.1The employer shall reimburse pharmacists 80% of the cost of membership of the NZ Healthcare Pharmacists Association Inc (NZHPA) per annum. Provided that where a pharmacist a) is on a fixed term contract; or b) also works for another organisation or in a private practice, the employer will only be required to reimburse the cost on a pro-rata basis.
