Common use of Reimbursement of XxxxXxxxx Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of XxxxXxxxx. XxxxXxxxx shall be entitled to reimbursement from the Trust for all out-of-pocket costs and expenses paid by XxxxXxxxx, acting in its capacity as Agent of the Trust (including without limitation legal, accounting, engineering and printing costs) but excluding those costs and expenses specified in Section 3.12(d) and in Section 6.02(b) of this Agreement as costs and expenses to be paid by XxxxXxxxx and excluding any costs and expenses that have been or will be reimbursed pursuant to the Administrative Services Agreement, promptly upon submission of written evidence thereof to the Trustee.
