Reimbursement Rate for Authorized Use of Personal Car on Company Business. Authorized use of an employee’s personal vehicle on Company business shall be reimbursed at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) xxxx- bursement rate for mileage. In the event the IRS changes the reimbursement rate for mileage, the Company will adjust the mileage reimbursement rate to the maximum allowable, ef- fective on the first of the month following the effective date of the change by the IRS.
