Reimbursements for Other Costs and Expenses. This Agreement does not address the reimbursement of any costs or expenses associated with any services provided by Hess and its Affiliates other than the Employee Functions. For the avoidance of doubt, any amounts payable by the General Partner under this Agreement shall be in addition to, and not in duplication of, any amounts payable by the General Partner or any other member of the Public Company Group under the Omnibus Agreement or the Operational Services Agreement.
