Reinstatement of Employees Demoted as a Result of a Reduction in Force. EMPLOYEES who are demoted as a result of a reduction in force shall have their names placed on a classification reinstatement list, in the order of their classification seniority. Vacant positions within a classification series shall first be offered to EMPLOYEES on this list.
