Reinstatement Provision. If VPS receives any payment or payments on account of the Obligations, which payment or payments of any part thereof are subsequently invalidated, declared to be fraudulent or preferential, set aside and/or required to be repaid to a trustee, receiver, or any other party under any bankruptcy act or code, state or federal law, common law or equitable doctrine, then to the extent of any sum not finally retained by VPS, Sunrise’ obligations to VPS hereunder shall be reinstated and this Guaranty, shall remain in full force and effect (or be reinstated) until payment of the Obligations shall have been made to VPS, which payment shall be due on demand.
Reinstatement Provision. An employee reassigned involuntarily because of a reduction of staff will be given priority to return to the original building to a specific vacancy if qualified under state and federal requirements that may occur following his/her displacement providing he/she has the same or greater District seniority than another candidate vying for placement in the opening.

Reinstatement Provision. If any teacher for whom a grievance is sustained shall be found to have been unjustly discharged, he/she shall be reinstated with full reimbursement of all professional compensation lost. If he/she shall have been found to have been improperly deprived of any professional compensation or advantage, the same or its equivalent in money shall be paid to him/her.

If the Lender receives any payment or payments on account of the Liabilities, which payment or payments of any part thereof are subsequently invalidated, declared to be fraudulent or preferential, set aside and/or required to be repaid to a trustee, receiver, or any other party under any bankruptcy act or code, state or federal law, common law or equitable doctrine, then to the extent of any sum not finally retained by the Lender, the Guarantor’s obligations to the Lender hereunder shall be reinstated and this Guaranty, and any security therefore, shall remain in full force and effect (or be reinstated) until payment of the Liabilities shall have been made to the Lender, which payment shall be due on demand. If any action or proceeding seeking such repayment is pending or, in the Lender's sole judgment, threatened, this Guaranty and any security therefore shall remain in full force and effect, notwithstanding that the Borrower may not then be obligated to the Lender.
Reinstatement Provision. As of the second January 2nd following the effective date of this insurance, and on each January 2nd thereafter, of the original Major Medical maximum is rein- stated automatically. If, after this reinstatement, the unused portion of the maximum is less than an employee or qualified dependent may have the full maximum reinstated by submitting satisfactory evidence of insurabil- ity at the employee’s expense.
Reinstatement Provision. If you fail to make a timely rental payment, you may reinstate this agreement without losing any rights or options by paying all past-due rental charges, the reasonable costs of pickup, redelivery, and any refurbishing, and any applicable late fee within five business days of the renewal date. NOTE: The Lessor is not prevented from attempting to repossess property during the reinstatement period, but such repossession will not affect your right to reinstate. Upon reinstatement, the Lessor shall provide you with the same property or substitute property of comparable quality and condition. RETURN POLICY: The Renter will be responsible for all monthly rental payments until the instrument has been physically returned to one of our locations.
