Reinsurance administration services. 10.9.1 From the Effective Date, PLL shall perform the PLL Reinsurance Services. 10.9.2 Any changes to the PLL Reinsurance Services shall require the approval of the Reinsurance Business Committee and then PLL (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed). 10.9.3 Except as otherwise expressly set out in this Agreement, the extent of any liability of PLL to PLAE in respect of the PLL Reinsurance Services shall be limited to the restrictions in, and amounts recovered by, PLL under the relevant MSA Agreements.
