REINSURANCE PREMIUMS AND CEDING COMMISSION. A. Both the Initial Reinsurance Premium and the Base Reinsurance Premium shall be determined in accordance with Schedule C. The Initial Reinsurance Premium shall be paid on the Effective Date or as soon thereafter as the amount has been determined. The Base Reinsurance Premiums shall be paid monthly in arrears. The Base Reinsurance Premium, when added to the EPRC, will at all times be equal to or less than the explicit charges collected by the Ceding Company from the contract holder for each covered GB risk listed in Schedule A of this Agreement. In the event no charges or fees are collected from the contract holder, no reinsurance premiums shall be paid. In the event the Ceding Company increases its charges for the contract holder or a contract benefit allows for reset which results in a higher fee for the contract holder, the Reinsurer may increase the reinsurance premiums, but not to exceed the limitation described in the foregoing paragraph of this Article III, Section 1.

  • Reinsurance Premiums A. Computation Reinsurance Premiums under this Agreement shall be calculated as described in Exhibit I.

  • CEDING COMMISSION A. The Reinsurer shall allow the Company a provisional ceding commission of 32.0% of all Net Earned Premium ceded to the Reinsurer hereunder. The Company shall allow the Reinsurer return commission on return premiums at the same rate.

  • Payment of Reinsurance Premiums For automatic and facultative reinsurance, following the close of each calendar month, the Ceding Company will send the Reinsurer a statement and a listing of new business, changes and terminations. If a net reinsurance premium balance is payable to the Reinsurer, the Ceding Company will forward this balance within (60) sixty days after the close of each month. If a net reinsurance premium balance is payable to the Ceding Company, the balance due will be subtracted from the reinsurance premium payable by Ceding Company for the current month. The Reinsurer shall pay any remaining balance due the Ceding Company sixty days after the Ceding Company submits the statement.

  • REINSURANCE PREMIUM A. As premium for each excess layer of reinsurance coverage provided by this Contract, the Company shall pay the Reinsurer the greater of the following:

  • Insurance Premiums Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all premiums for the insurance coverage required to be maintained pursuant to Article 9.

  • Insurance Costs Any and all insurance charges of or relating to all insurance policies and endorsements deemed by Landlord to be reasonably necessary or desirable and relating in any manner to the protection, preservation, or operation of the Building or any part thereof.

  • Forced-Placed Insurance Premiums No contract relating to any Receivable has had forced-placed insurance premiums added to the amount financed.

  • Increase in Insurance Premiums If an increase in any insurance premiums paid by Landlord for the Building is caused by Tenant's use of the Premises or if Tenant vacates the Premises and causes an increase in such premiums, then Tenant shall pay as additional rent the amount of such increase to Landlord.

  • Other Reinsurance The Company shall be permitted to carry other reinsurance, recoveries under which shall inure solely to the benefit of the Company and be entirely disregarded in applying all of the provisions of this Contract.

  • Reinsurance Reinsurance services including, but not limited to (i) agreement to reinsurance policy and/or contract wordings and endorsements to existing policies; (ii) processing of reinsurance policy cancellations, nonrenewals and endorsements and other amendatory addenda; (iii) collection of premiums due under reinsurance policies or contracts, audits and remittances; (iv) negotiation and purchase of reinsurance coverage; (v) administration of letters of credit and other arrangements for the provision of security; and (vi) administration of reinsurance contracts.
