Reinsurer’s Liability. 4.01 The Reinsurer’s liability for reinsurance shall begin simultaneously with the Ceding Company’s liability, but not prior to the Effective Date. 4.02 The Reinsurer’s liability for reinsurance shall terminate on the earliest of: a. the date on which the Ceding Company’s liability for the Business Reinsured terminates; b. the termination effective date as described in Section 23.02; or c. the Recapture Effective Date as described in Article 13.
