Common use of Reinvestments Clause in Contracts

Reinvestments. Pursuant to Section 3.01, the Agent, on behalf of Purchasers, shall make Reinvestments by permitting Servicer to cause certain of the Collections in respect of the Undivided Interests to be applied to the purchase of additional undivided percentage interests in the Pool Receivables, thereby resulting in an appropriate readjustment of such Undivided Interests. Each Purchaser's obligation to fund such Purchases and Reinvestments is herein called its "Commitment".
