Purchase Limit. Section 1.01 of the Receivables Purchase -------------- ------------ Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the number "$45,000,000" where it appears therein and substituting therefor the number "$60,000,000".
Purchase Limit. The Aggregate Investment would exceed an amount (the "Purchase Limit") equal to $50,000,000, as such amount may be reduced pursuant to Section 1.06; or
Purchase Limit. The definition of "Purchase Limit" in Exhibit I to the Agreement is amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
Purchase Limit. In the event that holders of Shares tender more than the Maximum Amount, Purchaser shall be obligated to accept for payment and pay for only the number of Shares tendered by any given holder of Shares equal to the product of (a) the total number of Shares tendered by such holder multiplied by (b) the Proration Ratio. The "Proration Ratio" shall be calculated by dividing (x) the Maximum Amount by (y) the total number of Shares validly tendered and not properly withdrawn by all holders of Shares adjusted to avoid purchases of fractional Shares.
Purchase Limit. The Aggregate Purchaser Investments would exceed an amount (the "PURCHASE LIMIT") equal to the lesser of (x) $75,000,000 as such amount may be reduced pursuant to SECTION 1.7 (the "MAXIMUM PURCHASE LIMIT"), and (y) the then Net Pool Balance; or
Purchase Limit. The Total Purchasers' Investments would exceed an amount (the "Purchase Limit") equal to $210,000,000, as such amount may be reduced pursuant to Section 1.07;

Purchase Limit. The obligation of GI to purchase the Purchased Stock [or X% of the Purchased Stock if the Put Option is being granted only with respect to a portion of the Purchased Stock purchased by such Investor], when aggregated with the shares of capital stock that GI is or may be obligated to purchase from other investors who have purchased the capital stock of MetaMorphix, shall be limited to Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) in the aggregate.

Purchase Limit. The purchase limit is the total amount of goods or services you are authorized to pay for each day from your deposit accounts by using your Debit Card. Cash back you may receive in connection with purchase transactions counts against your purchase limit. Cash back also includes: (a) purchases of money orders, cashier’s checks, or other similar instruments and other things of value, and (b) cash you obtain from a financial institution. Your purchase limit is generally in addition to your cash limit. For security purposes, we may place other restrictions on the purchase limit from time to time.
