REIT Directors. In no event during any twelve consecutive month period during the term of this Agreement shall the individuals who were directors of the REIT at the beginning of such period cease to constitute a majority of the board of directors of the REIT unless the individuals replacing such original directors were nominated by the board of directors of the REIT.
