Common use of Rejected Milk Clause in Contracts

Rejected Milk. If milk does not meet the minimum quality standards it is out of specification and may be rejected. If milk is rejected, Norco Milk Supply will provide the Supplier with a written notice as soon as practicable after the milk is rejected providing reasons for the rejection and the consequences for the Supplier of the rejection including any fees that become payable by the Supplier.
