Common use of Rejected Work Clause in Contracts

Rejected Work. The Contractor shall promptly correct all work rejected as defective or as failing to conform to the Contract Documents, whether observed before or after Final Completion, and whether or not fabricated, installed, or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected work, including the cost for additional services of the Architect when applicable. The Contractor shall bear the cost of making good all work of separate contractors destroyed or damaged by removal or correction.
