Rejection and Revocation. If any Work is defective or otherwise not in conformity with the requirements of the Agreement, Purchaser, in addition to its other rights, may reject the same and: (1) receive full credit from Supplier; or (2) replace same at Supplier’s expense, including transportation charges. Any Work rejected by Purchaser may be returned to Supplier at Supplier’s risk and expense and shall not thereafter be tendered for acceptance without Purchaser’s written consent.
